Who doesn’t love decorating for Christmas!?

I tend to go for a more natural Christmas look using greenery, white, gold and silver. I do usually change it up every year! One year I had purple, so fun, powder blue another time and lime green. Christmas home decorating can be fun.

Changing from one theme or colour to another is not hard or expensive. Thanks to dollar stores and the great outdoors you can make a huge transformation.

The New Year is just around the corner.

This year is it finally time to treat yourself? Mini home updates could be the answer. Changing out your cushions and rug may be all you need to get a fresh look. Put away half your accessories for a more minimalistic look.

Have you tried your furniture in different positions or in another room? Has it been 10 years or so since you painted? A more current paint colour will make all your art look great again. (hopefully) New bedding is something we never seem to get around to, treat yourself!

Last year I changed out our backsplash in the kitchen and what a huge improvement and a lot more economical than a whole new kitchen.
