Home Staging
The Staging Process
The truth about home staging is that regardless of budget, location, or any other variable, the prospective buyer walking into a property is always looking for the same thing — that special, comfortable, perfect-for-them place, an emotional element that grabs them and holds them until they can’t imagine calling anywhere else ‘home’.
Staging is marketing and 95% of consumers buy on emotion. If you bring a buyer ‘home’ the rest is easy, and the property will sell fast.
We offer a consultation, to meet with you at your home to determine your goals, budget, and timeline. Often there are things you can do as a homeowner to stage your home yourself. After viewing your home we provide you with a detailed list of recommendations.
We cover each room and give advice on any needed paint, repairs, art, accessories, suggested furniture placement, as well as any outdoor staging tips. We stage your home by highlighting its positive characteristics.
Keep in mind that an investment in home staging is much less than reducing the selling price.
Partial Home Staging
Do you want to get the best value for your money? If so, partial home staging may be the way to go!
To make sure your home shows its maximum potential, you may need to eliminate some dated, worn items; use existing larger, neutral pieces to work with you can save time and money; or provide new furnishings, art, cushions, lighting, accent chairs, or accessories to update your space.
With today’s crazy every changing selling market, it is more important than ever to stage your home. Clients who go through this process love their new look and often wish they had done it sooner so they could enjoy it longer themselves.
